ROB ARMSTRONG

HEAD COACH/OWNER

Rob Armstrong is a professional hockey coach and specialist in player development with over 20 years’ experience working with a range of ages and skill levels from five-year-old beginners to NHL players, both in Canada and internationally. Rob’s core strengths are teaching power skating and game skills through innovative methods and personalized programs.

Rob played junior hockey in British Columbia and University hockey in Sackville, New Brunswick. His coaching career began in Los Angeles, California and led him to places such as Russia, Slovenia and even India. Rob has served as Head Coach at every minor hockey level including Midget AAA, Junior B, and has also been a scout in the WHL and BCHL. 

Rob is a certified High Performance Coach by Hockey Canada, has worked for B.C. Hockey as High Performance Program Coordinator, as well as Coach Mentor for local minor hockey associations.

JACSON ALEXANDER

ASSISTANT COACH

Jacson is a very enthusiastic coach that really enjoys being back on the ice to help out young players that are motivated to improve in all areas of their game. He brings extensive experience in high calibre hockey and enjoys sharing that knowledge with younger players.

Jacson’s professional hockey experience  includes: attending the World U17 tournament hosted in Dawson creek playing on Team Canada. He was on the 2017-2018 Swift Current Broncos WHL championship team. He played in the memorial cup as a 16 year old. He played with the WHL Edmonton Oil Kings for the 2018-2019 season. He was ranked to be selected in the 2019 NHL draft but was injured 15 games into the season. Jacson was traded to the Victoria royals in the 2020 off season. Unfortunately, Jackson was unable to return to playing professional hockey due to on-going shoulder injuries.
